A five-step process
At ODDO BHF, we attach particular importance to our recruitment process. Human resources and managers pay close attention to all the applications they receive. You will meet at least three members of the ODDO BHF team. It’s an opportunity for you to ask all your questions, understand our culture and mindset, and confirm your desire to join the Group. It’s also a chance for us to determine your motivations, skills and knowledge. Depending on the position, you may be asked to take further interviews or case studies.
