Information on Online Banking

Our Online Banking gives you the opportunity to manage your accounts conveniently, view account transactions and custody account balances and approve payment orders using the latest authorisation procedures.

AppTAN and photoTAN procedures are available for the electronic authorisation of payments. The app applications can be downloaded from the Google Play-Store and the Apple Store and are available  free of charge. You can install the Online Banking application on several end devices (PC, tablet, notebook or smartphone) and adapt the user interface to the technical requirements as you desired.

Online Banking is also barrier-free, allowing you to use our Online Banking service on your iPhone, for example, with the ‘VoiceOver’ help function.
