Thanks to our international expertise in Africa, Central and Southeast Asia as well as in the MENA region and our partners in over 100 growth markets, we are one of the global leaders in these regions. With our international network, we support corporate banking companies in their transformation "from local to international".

 

  • You will rotate through at least 6 departments and have the opportunity to actively take on responsibility in each of the teams for between 2-4 months and continuously develop yourself further
  • From day one, you will be a fully-fledged member of our team with direct customer contact and actively involved in every topic area
  • Through your commitment and your innovations, you will contribute to changing and shaping the area in the long term. In addition, your skills will make you an important interface for international issues
  • By working closely with various departments, you will also build up a large network within the international group
  • You will be accompanied by an expert in each team. In addition to the mentors, you will also start the graduate program with other trainees and be able to support each other

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studies: You have successfully completed your studies in economics, (business) informatics or a related subject or are about to do so
  • Motivation: You are interested in the international banking business and would like to be involved in interesting transactions, such as financing hospitals in Africa
  • Personality: You enjoy working for internal and external clients. You also want to be part of a young, motivated and international team in which over 30 languages are spoken
  • Working style: Your strengths include a quick grasp and a high affinity for complex issues. With your analytical skills, you want to support European companies in their current transformation processes
  • Languages: You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English. Knowledge of French or other foreign languages is an advantage, but not a must!
