You are between the ages of 18 and 28 on the date of application
You are French or a national of a European Economic Area country
You have fulfilled your national service obligations (defence and citizenship day)
You have full civic rights (voting rights and no criminal record)
You meet the physical fitness requirements for people carrying out similar activities in the host organisation
I seized the opportunity to join the Group's first class of VIEs and spent two years in Frankfurt. During these two years I was able to discover a new culture and develop new skills while improving my German. This VIE enabled me to acquire key skills and knowledge for the rest of my career. Today I'm a Senior Project Manager in Zurich and I'm proud to be part of a Group that encourages its employees to get out of their comfort zones and offers them the chance to improve every day.
