Our commitment

Take action together

We aim to create a diverse and inclusive environment for our teams, in which they can thrive, find opportunities to grow and feel appreciated. We accompany each of our talents so that they can choose their own paths, make an impact and write their unique story with us.

Action areas

  1. Involving our employees in the Group’s success

Having the opportunity to become co-entrepreneurs of the Group is a central element of our corporate culture. Alongside the Oddo family, our teams own 90% of the Group share capital.

  2. Ensure diversity within our teams

We are strongly convinced that diversity is a key driver of team performance. To create diversity, managers and HR promote and foster mixed teams in terms of age, nationality and gender. We constantly reinforce our dedicated programs, adjust our recruitments and encourage international mobility for a successful collaboration between cross-border teams and at all levels of hierarchy.

  3. Fostering a disability-friendly environment

We developed a system to recruit and support employees with disabilities and enable them to carry out their jobs in the best possible conditions. We are committed to get everyone on board and eradicate taboos around disabilities by carrying out awareness-raising actions for all employees.

  4. Train employees

Our training offer is designed to provide our employees with the right tools to develop their career within the Group and to seize promotion and mobility opportunities. Talents can benefit from both individual and collective training to perfect their hard and soft skills, especially around 5 main training themes: sales, sustainability, data & AI, leadership and interculturalism.

  5. Ensure the cohesion of our teams

We are committed to ensuring the well-being of our employees and to foster team cohesion. Some Group initiatives meet great success among our employees such as collective and solidary sport projects or our Franco-German choir. The Group measures employee satisfaction through an annual engagement survey, enabling us to take action based on in-house feedback.

We focus on the potential of our candidates and employees, placing our statement "Who" before "What" at the center of our commitment to them. All together, an open, respectful and solidary mindset within the Group.
